Please do not blame the typesetter for the messy handwriting title splash. That was my handwriting. It is on purpose so I can recognize my version if uploaded somewhere else. And if they go through the effort of restoring the original title screen, more power to them.

So, typesetter was busy so I semi-rushed the cleaning, “redrawing”, and typesetting. As you can see I didn’t bother cleaning/redrawing the wall for one of the images. Don’t think you guys will mind.
